Concierge service Airport
Upon arrival at the airport, we will dispatch a car and take you to the boarding point smoothly. Our remote service will guide you to the boarding point comfortably, instead of taking a long time to get on the car with the conventional driver pick-up service.
Tour guide service in the car
It takes about two and a half hours from the airport (in Sapporo City) to popular sightseeing spots such as Furano and Biei. We will guide you remotely with tourist information in the car during the travel time. Naturally, we plan to provide a service that can respond to questions and requests from our customers. From 8 hours a day (accompanied by an interpreter guide) to about 3 hours remotely. Less expensive and less boring!
Remote interpretation service
This is an interpretation service for customers from overseas. Interpretation service is available in the car during airport transfers and sightseeing tours. The service is provided by staff fluent in English, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Russian. The service time is scheduled in 30-minute increments.
